Key Job Responsibilities:
- Professional and advisory communication with existing clients regarding insurance solutions
- Proactive outreach to potential clients and coordination of insurance-related arrangements
- Collection and processing of data required for policy placement
- Analytical assessment of client insurance requirements
- Preparation and submission of inquiries to insurance companies
- Negotiation and finalization of insurance offers in cooperation with insurers
- Preparation of clear and concise insurance proposals and client recommendations
- Monitoring and management of concluded insurance policies
- Regular updating of policy statuses in internal databases
- Monitoring premium collection and commission settlements
- Oversight of policy implementation and client support in the event of claims
- Tracking changes in insurance terms and updating internal procedures accordingly
- Performing additional insurance-related tasks as required by the employer
If you are someone who has this set of skills and experience:
- University degree in Economics, Law, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office 365
- Fluent communication skills in Serbian and English (spoken and written)
- Completed basic training for non-life insurance
- Valid Category B driving license with active driving experience
- Strong communication skills, adaptability and a team-oriented mindset
- Active or inactive NBS (National Bank of Serbia) insurance brokerage license is considered an advantage
